The location was great and the accommodation Was roomy.

The cleaner left dirt linen on stairs making access difficult and more dirty linen was behind lounge door. The tv was impossible to watch on the basic television channels.

Great location , within 10 minute walk to the City Centre. Facilities were good including washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery. Towels provided and tea/coffee and sugar provided.

Strong smell of damp in the bathroom. Living room could have done with an extra chair as there were 4 of us but sofa was big enough for 2 plus a chair for 1 leaving somebody to sit on the floor. Very creaky floorboards upstairs. Additional mirrors in the bedrooms would have come in handy. None of these had a huge impact on our stay, just things to bare in mind for future.

Very bad smell in the bathroom which didn’t ease at all. Even with air filter on smell very off putting No instructions for TV early check out time - would be better if 11.

The location is very good as its just a few minutes walk to the city center and the attractions. Lots of places to eat just around the corner. Even though close to the center the neighborhood is quite. The house itself was very clean and comfortable.

Close to all parts of the city centre.

The toilet seat was very loose on arrival. Messaged straight away but got no response. A message (presumably automated) was sent to me after I had messaged asking if there was any issues? No reply, which was a shame when it stated someone would reply if messaged.

Everything. What a Little gem in the heart of Bath!

Just one very minor thing. There is no lock in the bathroom but it did not affect us at all
