Luxe Maisonette- Parking, 4K TVs

The blinds were cool.. location was excellent.

You had to hold down the flush on the toilet. The floorboards were loose to the point that every time you walked past the radiator on the landing it banged against the wall. Although it didn’t affect us there was an unnerving crack on the living room ceiling which made us not want to use the master bedroom. When someone says they will make it special (our honeymoon) flashing lights & the anchorman movie playing does not do it, especially when one of the guests has epilepsy.

Parking is not including

Location was brilliant and give parking and everything you need. In the master room the mattress was a little bit uncomfortable needs a topper on it like the other bedroom. But family would be really comfortable there or just a couple or on your own

Main bedroom mattress a little bit lack of support. Need to topper I think.

Superb kitchen facility. Didn't even expect a coffee making machine but it's available here. Clean bathroom and spacious room. Quite and yet close to most tourist attractions in Bath

Fantastic location and perfect for a family visit to Bath. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable beds. And carparking.

We arrived at 4pm to find wet towels, unmade beds and a mess in the kitchen. We eventually made contact with the management who promised a cleaner would come within 2-3 hours. At 8pm, with no contact from management, we raided the cupboards, found some fresh linen and proceeded to change the linen and clean up the bathroom and kitchen. The message for management is clear: have a plan B when your cleaner fails to show; and COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR GUESTS.

Fantastic location, clean, tidy and comfortable.

Bins being emptied at the nightclub at 12:30pm. Could do with a couple of baking tins and if tv was on the wall would be ideal.
