Luxe Maisonette- Parking, 4K TVs

Really good location, only a few minutes walk into town! Apartment was nicely done out and in a great location. Kitchen had everything you could need, wifi was great. Onsite parking was a great benefit too.

I feel like the property could do with a little extra clean, e.g, remote control for TV was very greasy, some mugs and cutlery were not clean

Fantastic location and lovely building, couple of hundred metres from the Abbey. On-site parking. Very comfortable beds. All extras included with the TV and free WiFi.

The location is great for Bath city centre. It's a nice building and there's parking which is a bonus for the location.

Unfortunately we arrived to the property and it wasn't cleaned from the previous occupants. There were used towels and bedding everywhere and we thought there was just a delay. We went out for the evening and came back to the same situation. Having tried the contact number, this didn't connect and my messages via booking.com were unanswered until the following day. No explanation was given and we had no choice but to sleep in dirty beds. I have only given three stars due to the location, it wasn't acceptable to just expect us to stay in the state it was left in. Despite contacting the owner and then promising to call me and explain, this didn't happen and I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else!

Position is awesome, as it's at walking distance to everything and yet it's quiet. The apartment was recently renovated and is very comfortable. Having a parking spot right down is also super

It's not super easy to access because of a double, narrow, steep set of stairs that can be tricky with heavy luggage. The unpleasant smell in the bathroom, probably due to the shower syphon. There could be a little more cooking items in the kitchen for more comfort when cooking for 4.

Accommodation was cancelled on the day of our arrival by the landlord who sent a message on booking.com at 10am which I did not get in time because we were travelling. I had my phone with me though, and the landlord had my number but made no attempt to call me. I arrived late in that afternoon with my family after a long day of travelling and when we let ourselves into the premises using the details that previously been sent, we found the place uncleaned and moldy smelling. I then managed to get onto the internet and found the cancellation and we immediately left. Landlord claimed to have cancelled due to a leak in the roof but we saw no signs of water having leaked in , just an unkempt, uncleaned site. Now almost a month later I have still not received the promised refund despite numerous requests and promises of refund.
