Luxe Maisonette- Parking, 4K TVs

Location was great. Bedrooms were comfy and spacious. Good storage.

Needed better supplies in the kitchen, e.g. an oven glove, some oven trays etc. It would be better if 4 adults could sit on comfy chairs in the seating area.

Very comfortable apartment for a family.

Apartment was very well presented. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Quiet location. We were able to walk easily into centre (about 10 mins) and visit the glorious Xmas Markets. Also close to the Abbey and other visitor attractions. A (chargeable) parking space at the property was a real bonus! Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

Communication through Booking.com was difficult as our messages kept being returned as "Undeliverable"??? Stairs to 1st floor flat could be a little steep for an elderly or infirm person.

Floor boards creeking upstairs and bathroom extractor needs replacing a bit of mould in the bathroom too

Lovely clean, quiet apartment. Ideal location for the centre & Xmas markets. An easy short walk & we're all over 70. clear instructions & directions from the host We had a lovely few days

The stairs were a bit of an issue The stairs into the property & up to the bedrooms are not really suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The vicinity to the centre and all amenities was excellent. It was a bonus to have car parking as we drove to Bath. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of wardrobe space.

Property was very good. Everything you need was included. Location is exemplary, 5 mins walk into centre of Bath.

Coffee machine needs instructions as does TV.

Great location 5 min walk from Waitrose, 10 min walk for the abbey.

Hard to fault, but the windows could do with a clean !

Once I had confirmed with Booking.com (messages to Customer Service from which I received no reply, over an hour in phone calls) the refund for the accommodation was processed in a timely manner. I am yet to receive the refund for the parking which has been paid to the host.

Upon payment being taken on the appointed date, and additional payment being made directly to the host for use of the private parking (£10.00 per night) I received no further communication from the host. As I have used Booking.com on numerous occasions, this did not concern me as I am aware that information regarding lock box codes and parking arrangements are only released on the day. However, as we were travelling upwards of 3 hours to get to the accommodation, I did message the host on the morning of our date of arrival to confirm details. As we had pre-booked and paid for plans in Bath, we had to risk setting off for our trip or loose a considerable amount of money. While on route, and some time after my message of enquiry, I received a reply from the host stating that they had "meant to call because the property was now unsafe and unfit to accept guests". I attempted to call the host directly, but these calls were declined/cancelled. I then received a further message from the host through the Booking.com message service informing me of the details of where to park and the code for the lock box to access the keys to the property. I again attempted to contact the host directly to gain some clarity regarding the booking, but these calls were also declined/cancelled. At this point I contacted Booking.com for assistance. An hour and a half later I received notification via Booking.com that the host had indeed cancelled the accommodation. By this point we were in Bath and had to arrange alternative accommodation. While travelling around Bath, we passed this accommodation that the host had stated was "unsafe and unfit guests" - the accommodation occupied by what appeared to be guests.
