Location was excellent. Very close to centre of town and all the cafes and restaurants, but tucked away from any street noise.

The instructions for entry were clear. The apartment was clean. The kitchen was well presented. The bathroom was nice but worn in. The beds were comfortable. The location to town was perfect. The parking space was handy but very tight.

It is called 'Luxe' apartment, which is misleading. I wouldn't say any of the features were luxurious. It should be noted that there is a restaurant/nightclub adjacent to the apartment, so all day until the early hours, the staff went out every half hour or so to empty their bottle bins. Given that the apartment had single-glazed windows, this was extremely loud, up to 0230 am on Saturday and Sunday. Coupled with the staff talking loudly simultaneously, this woke us all up. Yes, we could have used earplugs, and some of us did. However, it barely muffled the sound of hundreds of bottles being smashed at 1am. The management company is not responsible, but the single-glazed windows are. I suggested they speak with the restaurant to change their approach and timings. The second-floor floorboards creaked so badly that they would wake us up if someone left their room. As a result, the living area was extremely loud. The bedroom doors all creaked extremely loudly, resulting in the same outcome. The bathroom fan started like a car engine, resulting in the same outcome. The light turned on with the fan, so we were woken up unless we used our phone torches to pee at night. There was a coffee machine with no coffee pods. A dishwasher with no tablets. No kitchen cleaning spray. 3 tea bags in the jar. It advertises LED lights as a selling point in text and pictures. However, there were no LED lights. I mentioned this to the management company, and they said they had recently been broken and had not been replaced yet (fair enough, I guess) It advertised 'local snacks,' but we were left with nothing except two biscuits. Four people were staying. There were no leaflets or an information booklet in the apartment for recommendations. I rated this as not family friendly as it is so noisy. The management company stated that you cannot call them unless it is an emergency and must communicate via Booking.com messenger. This took over 12 hours.

Great location, short easy walk into the centre of Bath. The accommodation is comfortable, spacious and clean . It is well equipped and warm. Car parking for only £10 per day was a bonus.

The stairs ! Although they were only short flights and we were fully aware that there were stairs from the property description and photos. A faint unpleasant outdoor in the bathroom when we arrived - not surprising in such a lovely old building. However I placed a Neutradol odour neutraliser in the bathroom and that dealt with it.

We arrived 30 minutes early to be fair ,flat had not been cleaned from previous occupants ,after some texting the cleaner arrived and apologised ,they had over run. We went out for a look round and when we returned it had been cleaned The flat was very comfortable, beds are great, good shower and wonderfully situated in a Boho area of Bath with lots of pubs and restaurants and clothes shops,great vinyl record and flower shop ! It was a straight run and easy to find with car parking space we would certainly return.

The flat is well appointed and in a good location. It was very clean and comfortable apart from the lack of heating control. Parking costs more but is worth it.

The heating control was broken and the bathroom extractor fan was very noisy. Both faults were know to the landlord who appeared to find it accaptable to rent the flat out with both these inconveniences. We disagree. Strict 10am checkout is very very harsh.

Nothing we didn’t like about the property, I would definitely stay here again

The property was located in the centre of Bath and within a 10 minute walking distance to everything. The beds were very comfortable and the host kindly let us leave our car in the car park after check out as we were booked into the thermae spa. The host was very responsive and answered all of our queries very quickly and I liked the fact that they kept us updated and were open and honest.

We were unable to change the heating setting temperature as it wouldn’t connect to the nest so the property was very warm continuously but we did leave the windows open and turned the radiators off in the bedroom which helped. The bathroom extractor fan is very loud and we didn’t want to turn it on in the night just incase we woke everyone else up in the property. The toilet barely flushes and you had to flush it numerous times to get rid of ‘your business’. We weren’t able to check in until 7:30pm as the cleaner hadn’t finished cleaning the property until then which wasn’t really a problem as we just dropped our bags off and went straight out, but I felt very sorry for her as whoever stayed there before us had left it in a mess! We made sure she had an easier job when we left today and left it spotless as anyone should.

Freezing cold in the flat , had'nt been occupied for a while, heating would not work, phoned our host 3 times only got an answer machine and also sent an email nobody responded to our calls or emails. Very disappointed so we did not stay there, we checked into a nearby hotel for the night. Ruined our weekend and our experience of Bath. So we ended up paying for the flat and a hotel.

The apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and well located.

The heating failed on the second day, the Nest controller lost the WIFI connection, which needed access to a locked cupboard to restore. Despite hours of messaging with a customer service agent (who did try to be helpful) the only person who could fix this was "out of town" and uncontactable. The temperature outside was -2 and it was snowing. We were freezing cold all evening and it really spoilt the weekend for us. We have not had an apology or any contact in the two days since. I would not stay in a property with such an unprofessional company again - what if we had had a major issue? They have no emergency back up at all. The flat was very nice but let down by the appalling customer service I'm afraid.

Squeaky doors , noisy cracky wooden floors on the 2nd floor , makes apocalyptic noise when some one walks on that floor , staff response is very slow, supplies are missing...easy w.g for an even you don't have gloves, no kitchen supplies. No detergent or washing pods to use for washing machine, kitchen utensils limited..
