"Good"

Collected from a key box at the property. Was a lovely well positioned property with great access into the City. Was clean and couln't fault anything. Easy parking at the property.

We had to pay extra for parking, there weren't river views and we didn't get the local snacks. Would not stop be going again but worth noting.

"Not worth the money at all."

The location is great.

The place is very dirty there is a lot of stairs and they stink like a students hostel. Toilet bowl was brown it was that dirty. Window broken in bedroom. Measly 2 seater couch to sit on everything is old and needs updating not many utensils to cook with stingy old scrubber to clean & wipe benches very badly managed.

Cleaner still sorting the accommodation out when we arrived at 1830 owner did email me via booking . Com to say running late so we hanged about but when we turned up still there,

"This is a good place to just sleep and go"

The beds were comfortable and the location was good .

There was no service on the tv . We couldn't get internet . There was a washing machine but nowhere to hang your clothes . A dishwasher but no tablets . A washing machine but no powder. There was no heating . One spare roll of toilet paper for 5 nights . A coffee machine but no coffee not even instant . Hardly any cooking utensils . This is the only place that we have stayed in when traveling for 6 weeks around the UK that’s asks for money to park in their allocated space .

The location was ok.

Very little to like. Before we arrived the owner tried to move us to another property.The stay was very uncomfortable there was no WiFi, no TV, no cooker and the whole accommodation needs a thorough clean. It was not possible to contact the company to rectify these problems.We will definitely not use this company again.

My son and I had a wonderful Comfortable stay. We loved it. My only recommendation is that if you have a larger car, the parking space is quite hard to get into!
