You are in the middle of birmingham central, in walking distance of Grand Central and New street station.

We were unable to get the TV to turn on. We tried using the remote and manually.

The balcony, location and the space was nice. Good WiFi.

The initial room we were given was dirty: hair left in the bathroom, food stains on sofa & table left, dirty cutlery and hair left in the bed. Then they gave the option to move our room or clean it. We chose to move and the room we had was better than the other. Cleaner. Was told I was going to get a room with a king size bed but rather had a twin that had just been pushed up together with king sheets on them, I kept falling through the gap. The light bulb in the kitchen kept flickering and I tried all the lights and nothing would turn it off. So I had to take the light bulb out of that light to stop having the flickering problem. The beds weren’t really comfortable either. I think the bathrooms just need a really good DEEP CLEAN.

I wasn't informed the lift was not working and I had to seek out alternative accommodation at finding this out on arrival 10.30 pm! I kept the booking for the following evening as my son needed somewhere to stay after performing in a show all day till 11pm. He rang me to say it wasn't clean and ended up staying with a friend in his hotel on the floor.
