Spacious Townhouse on Quiet Street-Wi-Fi, Desk

Fantastic location, perfect property for us, hosts were brilliant at communicating, the property was really clean. Hosts were fantastic they put in extra bedding, and even a coffee machine, highly recommend would not hesitate to book again. Living is on the top floor and has great views of Stamford

Great near-central location, lovely spacious warm comfortable property, well-equipped.

We missed the dishwasher which wasn't working, otherwise everything was great.

Lovely little house in a great location, easy walk into centre and very close to train station if coming by train. Very small, narrow road with some road parking there but was all taken when we arrived. There is a public car park a few minutes away - parking charged 8-6pm and we left ours there overnight as no restrictions on this were listed. We loved the property, it had all we needed and the location could not have been better. The management team were very easy to contact and responded well to our queries on parking. No hesitation recommending and we would happily stay there again.

Nothing really, parking is tight but it's an issue in Stamford as a whole anyway.

The property was very attractive both inside and outside. The owners have clearly thought of every detail and the decor was in keeping with the style of the property. The property was immaculate and had lots of useful information about the local area and things to do.

Would have preferred parking on the road outside but this was not always available due to the double lines. Should probably have been mentioned that the living room is on the top floor so future guests are aware.

The house was in a great Central location, very clean and well maintained

The bed in the front bedroom needed a new mattress, we rolled into the middle There was a smell of weed when we entered the property but it disappeared when we opened windows

The address given by booking.com (3 church street) was wrong - it was 3 The Granary, Church Street. They are different buildings so we struggled to get in. Also, there is only street parking, which shouldn’t be classified as “parking” when applying a search filter.

Was a lovely property in an ideal location.

Just little things brought down the score. As the dishwasher was not working, we had to clean things by hand, but had to phone to get cleaning supply’s, none of the clocks were at the correct time. I thinks may have been smoking something, as that’s all you could smell in the living area. They tried to resolve this, but smell was still coming through 😔. Pillow was hard as a rock, needs replacing. And the duvet cover had a whole in it.
