Good room. However, we were impeded by the hotel staff, to fully enjoy it - e.g. they would not allow us to use the kitchen notwithstanding it had one fully equipped

Hotel staff standard answer is "no", "we cant" or similar. That is, of course, if you actually find hotel staff in the premises.

Confortable bed and nice bedroom

False advertising. The reservation included just the outside pool, which it’s super cold, and for this season is just imposible to get in. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, which has an extra cost, and needed to be booked and paid for one hour of use. When mentioning this to the staff the only solution was to raise my concern on booking and at the survey at the end of the stay. The included breakfast was awful. Burned chilaquiles, with the minimum of salsa on them, cold eggs and that’s it. I feel it was super expensive for what they offer, and the location, additionally to this, the price on booking does not include the local taxes. I’m completely disappointed, would not recommend.
