The only positive thing was that we had a roof on our heads for those few days.

The whole description was a lie. There was nothing stunning about the property. There was only one heater working instead of five. Carpets, sofas were dirty with stains and marks. There was no Wifi. There were only three small rundown towels instead of four. we had to buy our own towels. Bedsheets were dirty and there were not enough duvets. Shower pipe was too short, I had to bend in the tiny bathing tub to take the shower.

Customer Service was very poor. Tried to contact me, but no one could pick up the phone. I could find where the key and fobe were. It was totally chaos. Very disappointed

The flat is a spacious two bedroom apartment located in the city centre. Everything is walking distance so you can leave your car parked up. The flat itself is on the 2nd floor, a lift is available. It is located at the rear of the building and is very quiet with respectful neighbours. I stayed with my husband and two young children. The host was easy to contact and happy to accommodate my needs. There is everything you need in the flat as a home away from home. There are oven trays, cooking utensils, pots, fry pan, cutting knife, cheese grater, plates, cups, a dish drainer, fairy liquid and dishwasher tablets. There was also some washing machine tablets. I just did a shop at the local Tesco superstore to get the food we needed during our stay.

Replace the mattresses with memory foam ones and replace the bedroom carpets. The compartments in the fridge door that holds milk bottles and eggs need fixing/replacing. Kitchen needs water glasses in the cupboard (I only saw wine glasses) and a fruit bowl. A shoe rack in the property would be good.

The apartment location was great and it was clean and well presented inside with a nice view from the living area. Secure building.

Collecting the keys to get access was not a good experience and neither was returning the keys as was quite stressful due to communication not being the greatest but this may have been due to it being a 1 night weekend stay so would I not let this put you off from booking. It also stated there was a hairdryer in the apartment but there wasn't so if you're booking this take your own if needed.

Mosquitoes, mould inside the property, stinking smell, unkempt areas in the entire apartment, no onsite parking, non responsive owner, not a safe place to stay!

Was in a great location for what we needed

The sink in the kitchen wasn't fitted properly so couldn't use it we could only use catch up on the tv there was no room to hang clothes up as was full of wet washing and the bed wasn't comfortable

The apartment was modern but found unclean, not hoovered & hun stuck to plants. I messaged Ajmeet straight away. I’ve had no refund for cleaning fee as promised, no further cleaning instructed and no replies on my WhatsApp or calls!!!

Part of The building is used as HMO I think so the clients going in and out are not the kind I like to share accommodation with. We had 3 children with us and were staying for a wedding. When we would leave & return there would be groups sat in central area drinking and it smelt of weed. Not the ideal vision for families!!! The corridors lights weren’t working, corridors had spit or blood. My kids were reluctant to go any further and I regretted it, then being ignored by the property keeper Ajmeet was the icing on the cake - bad and ignorant customer service.
