Cozy Apt in Center City!

Keyless entry, location, two separate rooms ,

Inside walkway dirty smelled like cat , needed blankets

Jättebra läge, nära till allt. Sköna sängar och välutrustat kök. Vi fick snabb hjälp av hyresvärden, när koden för att komma in i lägenheten krånglade till en början.

Lägenheten skulle behöva lite nya fräscha möbler. Soffan var smutsig och kändes ranglig. Köksstolarna var spruckna i sitsen och därför obekväma att sitta på.

The location in Center City was the main reason we rented this place -- and it was good, as expected. The bathroom was also fine. The level of clean inside the apartment was acceptable, much better than in the public areas of the building. The people who rented to us seemed nice in our communications, but they really need to clean this place up.

The steps leading up to the apartment were filthy. The clothing washer was dirty and moldy, and there was garbage around the washer and dryer. There were many worn down and broken furniture items in the apartment, including the clothing rack in the bedroom, every chair around the dining table, and the stained sofa. The kitchen table and chairs blocked access to the refrigerator. We ended up leaving the night before we had planned because we didn't want to spend two nights in the apartment.

The property was cozy, homey and well stocked.
