Caravan was clean and comfortable

Charges for dogs was not originally advertised on site and at 40 pounds for 2 small dogs for one night was ridiculous it was almost as expensive as the van as it was a late booking it was also too late to cancel without losing money once we found out the dog cost so had to pay the cost . It was also not the van shown as they said that one was not dog friendly so gave us another one without any info on van

Caravan was clean and welcoming. Lots of things to do on site, and walking distance. Short drive from main town and other attractions. Spacious, warm, the super speed wifi was a plus for the children of an evening. Being able to take the family dog away was an added bonus. Hosts were polite, and very responsive to communication, making the booking hassle free.

A few more cooking utensils such as oven trays & teaspoons would be ideal for those that wish to cook whilst away. We made the best of what we had, but being a family of 6, any longer than a weekend we would have had to go into town to purchase our own.

The caravan was reasonably clean

We had to wait 24hrs for the WiFi and we were told we needed to go to reception to collect passes for the facilities on the site, when we went down to collect, they told us we needed to pay £17.50 for each adult. Which definitely wasn’t made clear.

Great accommodation and location. Lovely hosts.
