The place is good

When we arrived we had to tidy our room, they left everything on the bed and didn't leave anything done!! And the host is so rude ! They asking for deposit and never give back even when the property is perfect like we leave , I have a video of everything!!

owners were very welcoming and friendly in addition to this we had lots of communication beforehand, and waiting ready for us with the keys. checking in and out was very easy! we stayed for one night and for the price we paid it was great. definitely will be back

I ask before coming how they would like to pay the deposit.They ask me to pay cash £75 (money returnable at the check out -booking page) but in reality nobody come to check at the check out and they keep your money 1 - 2 days depending when they say that they check the caravan . The caravan HV16 The was dirty, from the stained sofas that we could only use by covering them with sheets, the carpet was also stained, the sink was dirty, the radiator was dirty and rusty, the kitchen was only half-equipped, the crockery was clogged and the door to the caravan was about to fall off. The door was also broken, it creaked every time it was used, there was no support to open it which was torn from there, but you could see outside when the door was closed. Upon arrival we had to wait more than 40 minutes to have the password for the wi fi, and then after another reminder message we received the password. I would not recommend this caravan.

The location is good located with a lot of facilities.

Internet. The communication about the password was not clear, when I finally figured it out it was not working, and because of this we couldn't watch Netflix in the nights.
