Amazing, lovely lady , very welcoming and helpful. Made us feel at home. Caravan was excellent, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I have spent a night here on the occasion of my other half's birthday and requested for birthday banner and balloons to be provided before the arrival and to our surprise, they have added a little touch of adding a present too!! The other half loved it! Thank you so much for the pre arrangements before our arrival. Attached some pics.

The area was god clise to beach.

Very old van needs bread board and oven tray I think these are basic kitchen items..

"Lovely accommodation!"

Very spacious, kitchen was lovely and beds were comfortable! Very hot shower! Local shop is located on the camp site. 20 min drive to the beach! 40 mins from Colchester town centre.

No towels provided 1 roll of tissue provided per stay WiFi = ยฃ8.50 a day Not a deal breaker, but just good to be aware! I would still stay here again.

It was fun and it was what you make it.i was was will mixed age group of kids and adults something for everyone..

When contacting the owners of caravans they responded really quickly and they were really helpful.

It was 0.3 mile from sea extremely beautiful place had a great time

The property was very beautiful alot of space including internet Netflix and the staff was really helpful very nice person told us all about the place
