Small, compact and cosy 2 bed

The house is comfortable and matches the description, but unfortunately the kitchen was not properly equipped: there were no pots for cooking. Since I rented the place specifically to prepare my own meals, this was a big drawback. I recommend that the hosts improve this aspect, as it makes a real difference for guests choosing a place with a kitchen.

It was perfect for our stay!

Nothing, some more information regarding the parking would have been helpful. There is a small car park but spaces are very limited. There is on street parking but it’s very limited with timings. Also maybe a little book to explain how things in the apartment work like the shower.

Très bien situé, proche de beaucoup de restaurants et de commerces. Il permet de visiter Exeter à pieds facilement.

La douche était très étroite et peu pratique.

Location within the city could have been better

The apartment was easy to locate and gain access to, in a quiet street. It is small for more than 2 people, we were 4 but only stayed 2 nights. It was within easy walking distance of Exeter city centre. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

The apartment's carpets need better cleaning/vacuuming. The space was a challenge for us, nowhere to put large suitcases. Parking could get expensive as it's £10 per 24hrs.

Accurately described as compact and cosy in a generally quiet area of the city. Super convenient location, close to all amenities and facilities. Extra comfy bed in back bedroom. Great living area with very comfy sofa, nicely decorated. Nice for us to have use of a house as our own apartment is very small :) Excellent host - though we did not meet in person, they were very helpful to us during the trip, and easily contactable by phone.

The house is small and not used as a home on an ongoing basis, so depending on the length of your stay these observations may or may not be of consideration: Freezer box not defrosted and door broken. Great to have the fridge, but overall lacking storage space for other food. Lack of shelving/hooks in bath room. Shower awkward to use. Back bedroom can be noisy - ear plugs essential.
