Small, compact and cosy 2 bed

We brought some bacon,eggs,beans and sausages to have a fry up and there was stuff in the cupboard and fridge for us.

A great location for exploring the city. Very cute and clean.

Just a few tweaks and it’s perfect.

The location was great, a small side street not far from Exeter city centre, you can't drive down the road but there is on street parking available on the main road via RingGo. I was staying in Exeter for three nights and this made a refreshing change from staying in a hotel. I was able to cook for myself in the well appointed kitchen. The living are had a small table and a comfy sofa with a TV and wi-fi. The bed I slept in was very comfy (there was a second bedroom).

I found the shower a bit tight for space and the stairs are on the steep side.

Extremely nice host! The place is cosy and just a stone throw away from the town and of course the quayside. Both myself and my wife enjoy every bit of our time there. 😉
