Grosvenor Pad - Lovely 2-bed Flat - FREE ON STREET PARKING

The hot water was a bit of an issue Would have liked to know when it would be hot.

Great location, easy access into town.

Upon Arrival we were greeted with a dirty towel in our room that seemed to have faeces stains on the towel. The countertops in the bedroom had not been wiped down, full of makeup & food stains. This was easily wiped down by myself! Areas of the property were coated in dust, it is vital that your property is cleaned thoroughly between every guest. Dusting and wiping down countertops is the bare minimum. The bathroom had a strong fishy smell, when looking around the bathroom we were visited with nose mucus on the shower wall. All these valid points made have accompanied photographic evidence along with an email that was sent to the property over a week ago which we are yet to receive a response on hence the need to leave said review as not only have we had issues, the lack of communication has also been appalling.

Good location. We could walk into the city centre. Great that it had free parking. We came in three cars and all of us found space right outside the building. The flat was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

The flat looked like it could do with a few paint touch ups and there was no lock on the bathroom door. The mattress in the front bedroom felt worn and you can feel the springs popping beneath you.

Loved the space and the accommodation it provided.

The door to the property was really difficult to open and I don't think gives the building enough security.

There wasn't anything to dislike. The appartment was very open and clean. It felt homely and very welcoming.
