"Dissapointing for the price."

Had enough space for 3 people. Period property so quite beautiful. Not outrageously expensive. Clean.

Was very cold. The heating is done by electric radiators in various rooms. One of which was not working in the bedroom, so was very cold in the room. The front bedroom has single glazing so it's cold and let's in noise from the busy road outside. The water pressure in the shower is pitiful. When turning on the taps a water pump turns on that is so loud, if you went to the toilet in the night then you'd wake the whole flat! Weirdly seemed to be an issue with ladybirds!? Found 3 of them in various places in the flat. Car got defecated on by birds so badly that it had to go for a car wash before being returned.

"There's so much to like... but..."

This is a lovely apartment, it's clean and has pretty much everything you need for a mini-break. The key safe is easy to find and everything went smoothly with getting into the apartment. It's a great location, only a 20-30min walk into Bath.

It's cold! Even with the heating on, it's a cold apartment. We visited in December so I'm writing this in context, but we turned the heating up so it would be warm to go to bed and the setting quickly defaulted to a lower temperature. It was Baltic! The electric shower didn't work and there was an alternative linked to the taps. This would have been fine, but there's minimal hot water so make sure you're first in line! We could hear the downstairs neighbours when we were in the living room, which wasn't the most relaxing way to spend an evening. Be aware that while it says that parking is available, it's not guaranteed and certainly not guaranteed anywhere near the apartment. It's on-street parking, on a busy street with numerous apartments. There is so much to like about the apartment, but sitting and shivering while the downstairs folks enjoyed their TV and chats at full volume really spoiled the mini-break for us.
