Situación

La habitación no está totalmente cerrada, el techo está abierto, menos mal Qi nuestra estancia ha sido en verano porque en invierno no se podría estar allí. La habitación es pequeña para pasar varios días y el edificio y la habitación huele mal. Los desagües de la ducha y el lavabo no estaban limpios y no tragaba el agua, los tuvimos que limpiar, lo demás si estaba limpio.

The location near the Plaza Batalha was good, the kitchen and room were clean. But the patio was very dirty

Our studio was on the ground floor and there was a very intense musty smell in the hall that of the building, which permeates into the studio. I entered the unit and ran to open the patio doors to get some ventilation going, but the patio was filthy with bird feathers, some small construction debris on the chairs. I felt trapped. I asked to be relocated to a unit in the upper floors but they refused. I spent 4 nights in that smelly, musty unit. It was very unpleasant. They sent someone to clean the patio on the 3rd day, but the smell wasn’t resolved.

Fantastic location in the heart of Porto. Brilliant value for money

It was very small and with no view a little claustrophobic.

It was hard to get the door code to get in. The support desk refused to provide the code. I had to ask the tour guide to use his phone to call to get the door code.
