Very central location and modern room with good amenities

The roof made loud noises in the wind

Location was incredible; as good if not better than we had anticipated prior to arrival/learning the area. The apartment is a very brief walk from the Douro riverfront, Mercado do Bolhão, and of course plenty of shopping. It was truly a perfectly-situated home base. We didn't use a car service once during our 10 day stay, including to and from the airport. Additionally the staff was very responsive and accommodating! When we asked for a refill of soap, they replied by offering an intermediate clean which was done the next day.

The sound from the guests directly above was quite loud (we understand this is less controllable and varies based on how courteous said guests may be). The foam pad that is a mattress topper on the bed is sunken in the middle which makes sleeping on your stomach somewhat uncomfortable. (For myself and my partner as travelers, the pros far outweighed the negligible cons.)

A very nice room, new, with modern furniture, equipped with air conditioning, perfectly clean, well located - 7 minutes far on foot from Sao Bento station (be prepared for a uphill, hence carrying a trolley might not be ideal!), in a quiet street, no noises or disturbs at night, close to restaurants and bars in the area of Batalha. Check in/out were self-service, easy and quick. The good part about the room is having the possibility to cook thanks to the kitchenette, which also comes with glasses, cutlery, dishes, coffee machine, kettle, etc. It was absolutely a good value and I would highly recommend it.

I would have preferred to have a bigger mirror in the room and also a chair. The sink in the bathroom is extremely small.

Cozy and really quiet room. The location was really convenient to reach most of the important sites in Porto.

We would've liked to have either a coat rack or a towel rack. The room only had sort of a ladder to be used as a rack, but for hygienic reasons it would have been better to have both the racks.

Everything went smooth, communication was easy. The room has an enough size for a couple of days, the location of the house is great! Only the rooms towards the street are not very soundproof, what could annoy some people. We didnt really mind, its part of the city- especially the balcony was amazing! Sweet bathroom and well equipped kitchen!

More coffee please ;) Nothing else!!

The location is convenient to the places of attraction and also the Luís I Bridge. Beautiful property with kitchenette too !
