DKThe room itself was fine and the location is good. However, you should know that you will pay 45 GBP in addition to the price stated on booking.com for a non-refundable damage waiver (never heard of this before). Seems a bit like a scam when this is not stated through booking.com - we weren’t able to check in without paying this fee.

GBThe location was ideal and central, perfect for travelling around the city centre. A well-maintained, clean and modernised apartment. Perfect for groups of friends or families visiting the area. The amenities were brilliant too - an all round perfect apartment.
The only downside was the ironing board was broken upon arrival which wasn’t ideal; this never impacted the stay but is something that could perhaps be rectified pretty quickly. Check-in was self-service, however, the instructions could be a bit clearer in stating the location of the key safe as this took a bit of time to locate - other than that no major issues.

USWonderful two bedroom apartment that had everything we needed. Plus it was super clean, spacious, but also cozy. The bathrooms were nice and modern. Shower pressure was very good. Also loved the heated floors. It was a very cold few days and appreciated the heat that worked very well. Also heated towel hangers. The location was excellent. Only a few blocks from the city centre and the train/bus station. Overall an excellent choice for the money.
Only complaint was that the bed was a little too firm and the pillows were not very comfortable. Also, the water that came out of the faucet in the kitchen smelled bad.

We had a problem where we couldn't access our parking. This problem was not fixed before we left and follow up from the host was poor. We also lost Internet / wifi access with no reason or explanation given.
