GBThe property was in a great location for exploring Belfast. Tastefully appointed, modern and with all mod cons (which included dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen). The beds were very comfortable - with premium cotton bed linen. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and all of the furniture looked quite new. The host also provided premium quality products in the bathrooms. It has a good WiFi signal - great for doing a bit of work on the laptop! It has a large flat screen TV on the wall (we were able to watch a couple of movies!) another major plus was the secure underground parking! Can’t recommend highly enough and also praise for the hosts who made us feel like nothing was too much trouble!

This is the worst experience I have done. The property owner is a liar and scammer. He charged me £5 non refundable administration fee for the £250 damage deposite, but told the booking customer service it was charged by my bank(I didn't even put my bank information in before it showed £5 is non refundable). This fee was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. I was basically forced to pay, or I would not be able to recieve check in instructions. BE CAREFUL to read every single piece of information before clicking the reservation button as the booking policy has no free cancellation! The owner would send you a link, which is called superhog. You need to make separate damage deposit payment by following the link he sent. The flat looks like situated in a rough area. The car park shutter fell down when I clicked the key button to get access. Luckily, there was no one injured. The beddings for the sofa bed was dirty. All pillow covers were inside out, I don't think they even changed them after the previous guests' stay. Instead, just flipping them around. Towels and cushions have stains.

The property was fab! However, we had an unfortunate problem in that the water from the mains went off completely on our second day. (Through no fault of owners). They were very quick to sort out how to facilitate us for the remainder of the stay (hence the rating for comfort, facilities and overall stay- our comfort/enjoyment was hindered by this unfortunate incident). We were offered a refund for the inconvenience, but there was a lot of ‘chasing’ from our end to get this rectified. (It all worked out ok in the end)!
