the street has problems because they are doing some construction and in the description of the hotel they never say that … is better if in the description they put that and then when the guest arrive know that and it’s not a surprise .

First of all, do not get fooled by the pictures as you will most definitely not get the same apartment as the pictures. The bathroom is very dark and with no windows(picture have), the balcony does not connect to the living room and the view not overlooking the street but to the neighbor in front of you as close as it can get. There is no amenities enough for the people of the booking for the entire stay. Not enough shampoo or soap for the amount of days/people booked for. Considering there's a small convenient kitchen, they do not provide any napkins or tissue paper. Then, there's a coffee machine but only 2 cups (we were four). But these points do not compare to the neighborhood this "hotel" is situated in. The "back entrance" takes you through an alley full of trash cans and very scary at night. I do not understand how this location can be convenient and frankly i was not expecting a 5 star hotel but it does not cost 230 USD per night, the cost and the value does not match AT ALL. However, I need to say that the only positive thing is that the staff was very kind and helpful. One suggestion I will make is to have someone from the staff physically present 24/7 in order for your guests to feel welcomed and appreciated during their stay.

The host was very polite and helpful, even allowed us to check in early. The balcony was amazing, it was a wonderful place to relax with a great view. The suite was very clean, spacious, with a modern finish. The mattress was of very high quality. The location was also great with a supermarket across the street as well as a short walk to the beach and the restaurant area.

Best value for money . although came very late - on of the staff members had showed me the room and the procedures of early checkout. Room was very clean, and had all the needed facilities in it.

Only thing is that the street is under construction so parking was more challenging
