The Roof - By Sea Land Suites

Excellent location, a couple of minutes from the beach. The spacious balcony is excellent for relaxing. Convenient supermarket across the street. The staff is friendly and the room is clean and comfortable.

During our 2 days stay in late March, the wifi was not working. There was no wifi in the room somehow.

What a great place to stay. Very clear communication at all times Staff were extremely helpful. I was able to leave my bags at a sister-hotel round the corner, after checking out. It was clean and comfortable

it’s a bit expensive

This is our second stay at The Roof. If we are lucky, we will come back again. We love that the roof. Sitting on a large balcony with the Nepresso coffee provided is a treat. Shlomi, who runs the desk, is very kind and helpful. And the price is right. Two short blocks to Frishman beach and to the promenade. If you are looking for very nice room, bathroom and kitchenette without frills this is the place. We will stay again!

communal facilities shared with the building not tidiest/cleanest, balcony difficult to access and not very clean/welcoming

Very nice apartment and roof terrace, good furniture and facilities.

Just two minor points: a kitchen towel and a dishcloth would have been nice, the buzzing of the aircos on the roof was disturbing during night.
