I had a top floor suite with a generous balcony. The location was great with close proximity to two of the best beach areas.

There were considerable road works going on - for a tram line I believe. There was no noise during my stay but it could get worse in the future.

Everything! Location is great staff is great! We also had a last minute change due to personal problems and they were really understanding and helped us with everything! I would very much recommend to stay there and I would definitely come back if I can!

Shlomi was very helpful. There was a problem with the charge, and he didn't rest until it was solved.

The size of the apartment was perfect with a large balcony. Location to the beach was also perfect.

My only criticism was that the balcony was a bit dusty and the glass panels could do with a good clean however the was a new cycle lane being built outside on the street so the dust couldn’t really be helped.

Nice bed, useful kitchenette with a Nespresso machine and pods, roomy bathroom, huge private terrace with views over Tel Aviv roofs. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. The caretaker was most helpful and friendly.

We arrived by hire car and discovered that half the access road was being rebuilt which was somewhat problematic for access. It is of course not the managements fault but advanced warning of issues would have been helpful. Otherwise no issues with property or service.
