The Roof - By Sea Land Suites

Very friendly host and great location. Only a short walk to the beach, nice cafe on the corner opposite and a supermarket on the other side of the street. Buses to the airport are within 5 minutes walk and transportation very easily organised through the host if required.

The floors on the rooms need a good clean, otherwise everything else was great.

The property was very well located and all the forniture were new and modern. The room was very clean and they made sure we had clean sheets and towels every three days. Shlomi, the host was very welcoming and available. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to Tel Aviv.

We loved the space in the apartment and the terrace! Wonderful and very helpfull manager :)

Great location and steady wifi.

Beware that what’s pictured online is not accurate. Lots of unfinished features like peeling paint and drywall, hanging power cords, the power box cover fell off, AC was off upon arrival, walls paper thin, no balcony.

The location can't be beat! Also, the staff/main contact was very friendly. The room was clean with a great view, too. Probably the best bang for your buck in the area.

The A/C in the main areas / lobby could be better, but this was not a huge issue at all.
