The room was comfortable, and the balcony with its awning was a wonderful bonus. The beds and bedding were clean, comfortable, and felt fresh and new. Nothing was skimped on. Shlomi was warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars—and with no tall buildings to block the view, we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Honestly, just a sea view, but that would have come at a price.

הדירה ממוקמת במיקום מעולה במרכז תל אביב. שלומי היה כל כך מסביר פנים ורק רצה שיהיה לנו הכי נוח בעולם. הדירה הייתה נקייה, מאובזרת ונוחה מאוד. טלויזיות עם yes ששימחו מאוד את הילדים, ווייפיי טוב, מיטות נוחות, כריות גדולות ומפנקות, מקלחת טובה עם מלא מגבות.... אהבנו ממש!!

רק כי חייבים; המעלית פיצית מה שהקשה עלינו קצת בניוד המזוודות למעלה.... זה מה יש בבניינים בלב תל אביב כנראה. ממש לא משהו שקשור למלון עצמו. חוצמזה היה מושלם!

We had a great stay here as the location was great. Not far from the beach and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the flat was spacious and clean.

The balcony furniture needs cleaning or new covers.
