Still in construction and extension phase which was not apparent at the time of booking

The staff was very helpful.

The resort is under reconstruction. Only one block was open and the others were being demolished. There was constant noise from the demolition. There was hardly anything in the resort to explore - bulk of it was cordoned off. If we knew this we would not have booked this place.

Location was good Facilities were all there but a little dated

1. Under renovation so lot of noise and areas closed 2. Extra Breakfast charges were cash and no fixed rate 3.

Location is good, staff are lovely and bed was comfortable.

We were unable to control the air conditioner from our room, and had to ask reception to make it cooler. The air conditioner did not work well and our room was hot overnight, which was really strange because outside it was cool enough that you could wear a jumper. The room also had a musty smell to it which was disappointing.

Das Hotel ist seit wenigen Tagen eine Baustelle weil es die dringend notwendige Renovierung bekommt. Spa, Fittness- und Wellnessbereich sind geschlossen. Noch schlimmer: an allen drei Tagen herrschte Baustellenlärm und ein Wechsel des Zimmers hat nicht sehr viel mehr Ruhe gebracht. Für unseren dreitägigen Aufenthalt ein absoluter Reinfall.

El hotel es muy bonito. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro pero en una parte más tranquila. El desayuno es muy completo, con muchas opciones saladas y dulces.

Al momento de la reserva preguntamos por hacer el check in anticipado y nos dijeron que podríamos hacerlo según la disponibilidad de las habitaciones al momento de llegar. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar 500.000 VND. No fue un inconveniente pero hubiera estado mejor saberlo al momento de reservar. Por otro lado, habíamos pedido una habitación con cama matrimonial, lo cuál ha sido aceptado por el hotel al momento de la reserva, y al entrar a la habitación teníamos dos camas individuales. No fue un problema porque a los pocos minutos nos dieron una habitación como habíamos pedido. Sin embargo, nos dimos cuenta que sí habían habitaciones disponibles pero que no nos querían dejar entrar a la habitación anticipadamente sin pagar de más.
