"Location"

Resort with a little garden. Walking distance to the town centre and Sapa Lake. Free one way shuttle to nearby Sun Plaza. The swimming pool was heated and big. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

The staff was very accommodating. We wanted to leave early in the morning for a trip to Bac Ha but were going to miss breakfast. Without us even asking, the staff offered to make us to-go bags. It was a nice touch.

The spa was a bit underwhelming. The massage wasn’t worth the price. We came to this hotel for the spa, and it was disappointing.

"Iconic hotel in a great location in town"

Great location. Staff at reception was very polite and attentive throughout my stay. Despite the age of the hotel, it was well maintained.

I was at my room balcony enjoying the fresh cool air of Sapa, when out of nowhere I suddenly smelled cigarette smoke, which just spoiled the nice fresh feel i was enjoying. It must have come from the guest from the neighbouring room.

Location Helped organise a private car with a driver to discover touristy spots outside of Sapa A charm to the hotel dating back to the last century

The gym room facilities needs a facelift The treadmill machine was broken The shower facility did not have a curtain or glass barrier causing a lot of water to splash out to the rest of the bathroom floor

The property was so beautiful, gorgeous art and sincerely great staff (The Best). The views were so beautiful. The Hotel cleaning was impeccable. The Breakfast was so inviting and delicious and plentiful. All staff treated us with help and utmost respect. A family of three with two rooms, we loved our stay.

Nothing! The property is a wonderland
