Convenient it got mall below but just 3 level got restaurant and groceries

Surrounding of the apartment is abit dirty wall is stained, table was not wipe clean, fan was not functioning well but aircond is okay. Swimming pool was not well maintained as many broken tiles

The kitchen was well equipped.

The TV has a faulty panel with a green line, the bed, floor mat, wardrobe, and floor are dusty, there are several rusty hooks in the toilet, the toilet sink faucet is loose, and the furniture arrangement in the living room is quite poor, but overall it is okay for the price, just very dusty. .
