"Worth for a basic needs stay"

Carpark lot location was near to mall lift and unit lift. Aircon cooling. Heater water pressure good and hot. Wifi ok. Owner immediately responded to defective toilet light. Beddings all acceptable. Overall still okay for a basic stay if you are not so particular on cleaniness, especially on the washroom.

Room i got was not same as advertised unit. But could be due to owner manages multiple unit. Washroom got foul smell, From the drainage. The whole room cleaniness very poor. Toilet wooden door wear and tear due to contact with water. Even the wash basin also looks unhygenic. Kitchen cabinet area all dusty. They cleaner never cleaned properly. Wardrobe only can use 1 side as 1 door only as the other half is locked by owner to keep things. Washing machine is there, but no rack to hang after laundry. Needs to remind owner on refund back the deposit, received 7hrs later. Reason is busy with other bookings.
