Grass Residences T3 11th Floor with Balcony

Didn't get any decent sleep because of very noisy air conditioning unit. Also TV not working. Apart from that was okay. Location is great.

Shower pressure wasn't that great but that was our only downside

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The host, Christine was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The condo itself was clean, and cozy, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect, close to SM North. We highly recommend this to anyone.

The staff, they are the best and accommodating very proactive. I even asked if I could stay longer, unfortunately there's already another booking.

Very accomodating and sobrang babait :) i will surely go back to stay here for a weeks or month. Malinis at maayos . Kung wala lng nka book extend pa sana hehe kudos see again next time :) Hands on simula pag ka book ko til mka check out they will assist you .

I like the personalize attention also immediately. Therefore, the manager and the last person that I have communication were so great. I was so happy to be here and I will be recommending this unit to another people as my friends. Thanks for the great attention.

On the beginning the first person was very rude and also I asked for a refund to find another hotel because the first woman was yelling me a lot and made me way for more than 2 hours. But after that everything was okay. On the other hand, the Japan manager have a great education and the last woman. Again thanks.
