Grass Residences T3 11th Floor with Balcony

The location is very convenient. There is a footbridge that leads directly to the mall. The condominium complex had good facilities. The room itself was complete with what you may need. Wifi, TV, AC, heated shower, microwave. The pool in Tower 5 was beautiful. Although use of all pools in the complex is not free. We were only able to use it for an hour because the staff processing our pool pass payment(P500 total for 2 people, I think we were charged an extra P200 processing fee) came much later than our agreed time.

It just wasn't all clean. When you come in the room, it would seem clean. But the microwave had leftover food crumbs from previous guests' use. No attempt to clean it before we checked in. The Floor under the sofa was dusty and even the fold in the sofa bed had a lot of crumbs possibly from chips eaten by previous guests. We attempted to use the electric fan but it stopped working so we didn't attempt to use it again. I didn't think too much about it thinking it had been like that even before we came. But the staff contacted us after we left even hinting the possibility of us paying for repair. I said no because it's not right and the staff relented. The staff is nice and friendly but hardly on time which is a problem when you are tight on schedule. She does go out of her way to serve and help.
