- location - local food on the Menu - privacy of the cottages. They are far apart , so a random noisy traveller can't ruin your holiday - trail paths for hiking. They also provide the stuff for it like shoes if requested.

- A la carte menu is good. But there was Buffet when the property was full. Buffet food is average. Looks like the food was selected as per North Indian taste. - nothing much. Everything was nice. Will visit again.

It has old world british charm , huge spacious room and bathroom

Rooms needs maintenance, bathroom commode is just not fitted well , room stinks of humidity as it has no sunlight from 3 sides

It was an amazing location. The trail to the cottage is very bad which they have to fix. It is very difficult to drive. The room was very clean and the location was just wow. It was so mesmerising you get lost in the tranquility of nature.

The road to the facility is horrible. Few staffs are very rude and not responsible. There was a guided nature walk were we were accompanied by a guide who left us half way through. We were unable to catch up with his speed. And initially we wanted to postpone our stay days as we were sick. When we checked the resort for availability they asked for medical certificate which was very insensitive and baseless

Very much appreciate that the cottage placement is surrounded by the greenfield of natural environment of forests in the area of coorg

The dinner timing of restaurant closes at sharp 10 pm . i think it should be more flexible.

Every single thing is perfect! The property is one of the most beautiful places we ever visited, perfectly crafted food and what makes it the best is its amazing staff! They are so so so polite and supportive that no amount of word would be able to define their exceptional dedication towards guests! A must visit property. It has its own trails for treks, longue, library, cottages are lovely places with each one of it with its own wifi dedicated to it, huge bathroom and super clean spaces are brownie points. I dont think i can point even a single issue with this place! Value is greater that the money you will pay for this space.

All good nothing negative i noticed

A very peaceful and quiet place to relax and unwind with the sounds of nature . Great food .

A common pool area would have been great considering there is enough available land .
