Location is terrible! The only good thing is the beach view I didn't expect that its a residential area, the other side of the area the (entrance/exit) is dingy and dirty

Its a residential area and not a proper place to accommodate visitors The WhatsApp confirmation message clearly stated that I'll be given a disc to activate the door, but when I got to the reception area the security officer that was on duty knew absolutely nothing about it and Zama sounded so rude on the phone when me and the security officer told her about the apparent "disc". I don't get how she would say to the guest "Learn to read your messages". The security officer was quite baffled as well and it made me feel uncomfortable in every way possible. The place wasn't particularly clean and there's roaches in one of the kitchen drawers, by the pots.

TV couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi Wi-Fi was on and off the cockroaches on the place the shower head was leaking the cushion on the couch were dirty

It's really close to the beach and restaurants. Also, it was literally next to Ushaka marine world, which is good. The receptionists and supervisor were so kind and funny. Makes you feel at home. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering. There's a good view of the beach from the bedrooms. Perfect for people watching.

Since it's close to the cbd, there's a lot of noise from taxis, BUT the neighbors were also noisy (screaming and shouting in the morning and late at night). The wifi wasn't strong enough to stream movies from the TV. It kept going off.

The service was incredible. Enjoyed our stay.

The property had all essential items.

Beautiful, clean room, homely and exceptional location. Walking distance to the beach and Ushaka Marine.

No guest toilet at reception. This is an inconvenience.

Right across the beach, walking distance from Ushaka Marine, really close to restaurants. Didn't get to meet the hosts but the staff was super friendly and helpful. TV did not connect to the WiFi throughout our stay no matter what we tried, there's a little bit of a cockroach issue, the windows were filthy but the decor of the apartment was really beautiful and the bedrooms get so much natural light 👌🏾. We were there with a baby and the hosts made sure there was a baby bath ❤️ this was really appreciated. Our stay was pleasant
