The sea view,the overall welcoming of the host,she was there when we needed her,safety, security,the apartment was self catering we had everything we needed to cook our meals,the apartment was close to all activities we wanted to do during our holiday,wow white sheets and white towels,the host provided toilets papers,most of accomodations they don't so that..im 110%certisfied

everything was perfect...I was able to go anywhere anytime

Location

The unit was infested with coackroaches. Not cleaned well. They did not provide fresh towels even after reminding them that we have allergies and cannot reuse towels. Host was absent in terms of addressing the seriousness of fresh towels. Very poor ventilation. Need more than just one fan. 3 glasses for a pac of 4. Again host made no attempts to rectify matters. Rules say no load music however the unit next to us were rather loud. They also say no drinking in public areas yet reception allowed a group of men to walk in with their bear glasses drinking in public areas. Sad that the host doesn't rake customer care seriously.

The place is very close to the beach.

Receptionists do not bother or try to assist guests if there's any issue with the booked rooms, but rather they will tell you to phone the flat owner directly with your own phone and also no proper customer service from the reception.

The location is close to most amenities

That we stayed for a short period of time

It was perfect everything was closer, we packed the car, everything was just a walking distance. The communication was smooth with the lady called Nomfundo not sure if she is the owner. It was clean and safe. Looking forward to come again in Durban and book at the same place.

The receptionist was rude with poor communication.
