The bed sheets and bath towels smelt fresh and clean. The location was minutes from my child’s college, so I was able to be very close for picking her up to come home on a holiday weekend, once released from her last class the next day. It was nice to have an affordable option, when I just needed a bed for the night. I also appreciated the great communication and clear instructions for self check-in.

Since only here for the night, this wasn’t a huge deal but if I were looking to stay for a length of time, the kitchen lacks several basic amenities. We Ubered food, and a bottle of wine to find no wine opener and only two coffee mugs to drink from. Some stains on the bed spreads and bath towels were discerning, but because they smelt clean, I was able to overlook it. Wish there was an extra towel to use as a floor mat.

The space and room. It wasn’t just a room but a separate apartment with a separate entrance.

Distance from the subway.

Clean, convenient and very comfortable. Mohammad was a wonderful host. Responsive, helpful and accommodating. Will definitely book again!

The privacy.

Told the host I was disabled, yet was not accessible for my wheelchair which i had to leave chained up in front of the building and was able to charge it only 1 time out of the whole stay. The apartment was nice, but there was a horrible smell coming from a utility closet that had a storage tote filled with something and stagnant water.

The neighbourhood at a first glance is not nice but it's safe at anytime. I recommend this place for the closeness to the metro station and for the hospitality of Mohammed
