2265 Bruckner Blvd Apartments

The area was very quiet, the owners were nice and they have a wonderful swinging chair (we stayed at the bottom apartment.) only complaint was if you stay at the bottom sometimes the people upstairs are noisy with the walking but that’s fine. The bed was also really hard but still comfortable. My favorite thing was the blue chair in the bedroom. Had a problem with the Wi-Fi but guess what? I messaged the owner and within 5 mins he called me and 5 mins after that the Wi-Fi worked. The owner was also very sweet, and easy to talk to. I would stay here again. I’m so very grateful for finding this place and for the owner being so sweet.

Everything was absolutely fine, according to the description

The apartment was perfect in every way: clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable, well-located. The apartment even has its own balcony. I slept extremely well because the place is so quiet. New York was experiencing a heat wave but the A/C in the apartment kept everything cool. There is transport right outside the door - a bus goes to other parts of the Bronx. For Manhattan, there's a subway station 10-15 minutes' walk from the apartment and the 6 train gets to Midtown in about 30 minutes. All in all, this is the best place in which I've stayed in the NYC area and I will certainly be staying again.

The owner very kind and available to help. The price of the stay was very low compared to New York area Coffee in the room and some soap available

The apartment is quite old and cold if you don’t switch on the AC. There are some holes on the bottom of the door and the toilet where we saw twice a mouse passing through. The area is not too bad, just far from Manhattan.
