Place was in an excellent location .The flat was clean and very well done out

The only thing I would suggest is guests check the kitchen .We found dirty spoons,knives and forks in the cutlery draw . Other than that I really don't have any complaints

"Exceptional"

Spacious flat, fully equipped. Comfort like home.

It was difficult to find it, google maps didn't show the address correctly. We had to read all guidelines we received on email and booking before we finally got there.

Helpful location to stay in

Dirty and no hot water. It’s disappointing to now see previous guests reporting both uncleanliness and hot water issues for the past few years but no action has been taken

"Casa sporca, atrio chiuso puzzolente, niente acqua calda"

Siamo rimasti due giorni interi senza acqua calda, perché il boiler è controllato online (non da noi) e programmato per accendersi solo due ore la notte! Le lenzuola erano sporche, così anche gli asciugamani. Abbiamo trovato tazze e piatti non lavati, inoltre l’altro è molto sporco (abbiamo persino trovato piume di gabbiano, in uno spazio chiuso), scale assolutamente inadatte a persone anziane o con difficoltà motorie. In più, l’agenzia Host&Stay non è stata per niente d’aiuto (i proprietari non li abbiamo mai incontrati, vivono a 150 km di distanza).

"Wonderfully central, spacious apartment"

It's spacious, has 2 bathrooms, well equipt and very central

3 flights of stairs after a long day walking? But that's more on my legs than the apartment.

"Self catered flat"

Large spacious flat in an ideal situation. Flat had almost everything you might need for a comfortable self catered stay.

No wine glasses Mugs/cups appeared to have crazing inside the bowls which was off putting

"Very enjoyable family break in a great little town"

Location excellent, really good sized rooms, well equipped kitchen. Helpful communications with Charlie, quick responses when required.

TV limited with Firestick only. Worth a Wi-Fi top box ? Everything else absolutely bang on.
