Beautiful Home at Basilca 3-4

The location was great. You have a lot of tourist attractions nearby and also a subway station at a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was really cozy, it has everything you need and also, it was clean. The check-in procedures are really simple and I loved the idea of not having to care for an extra key, since the entrance is controlled via an app.

The only downside is the fact that the bedrooms and living room are all open space, so there really is no intimacy because there are no doors.. We didn't know that and the pictures also didn't show this aspect. So everytime someone was walking down the stairs or making any movement upstairs, there was a lot of noise (the floor and stairs are made of wood and make a lot of noise).

Двери в ванную плохо закрываются и ужасно скрипят, также как и лестница, диван на первом этаже грязный и продавленный, спать жутко не удобно. Стиралка была отключена и шнур был аж за ней, мы не смогли ею воспользоваться, пока пришли и подключили через удлинитель который бросили прям на столе она уже и не понадобилась

Great location close the Metro station and nice restaurants with good food and drinks. The apartment is modern with all needed equipment. We fee very comfortable and recommend this accommodation.
