Beautiful Home at Basilca 3-4

Fantastic location with great public transport. Check in instructions was straight forward. Apartment was nice and cousy and very clean with a beautiful bathroom. Host communication was excellent.

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. There was no coffee pods for the coffee machine.

Very clean, had all the facilities you could need, easily accessible, good air conditioning, great location

When we left the apartment one day before check-out.

I don't like writing bad reviews but, unfortunately, I don't have other words. The apartment isn't suitable for three persons, there isn't enough space and there aren't enough chair to sit (for example, during breakfast or dinner one of us sit on an armchair). The folding bed isn't comfortable. The kitchen consists in one induction portable cooker and a small microwave. Air conditioner worked for few hours a day (during our holiday iwe had very hot weather and it was very difficult sleeping without air conditioning).

The location was absolutely 10 - in the beautiful area, sort of in the heart of Pest. And still the apartment was peaceful, placed in the pleasant courtyard. Communication with Immocto was really good, they were friendly. The apartment itself was pretty and clean. Air conditioning was working good in downstairs altought it was hot summer outside. I think the most important things were good. I would stay here again.

The air conditioning could'nt get the cool air upstairs that well so there were quite warm. The sofa bed wasn't really comfortable, it was bumpy. Real beds were good but my part was to sleep on the sofa bed. The stairs and the floors were noisy, so quiet toilet visits in the night wasn't possible. But they were only your own people in the same apartment who made that noise. That's true (in other rewievs) that there was not really privacy in the bedrooms, but for us it wasn't a problem at all, since we were a group of adult friends + kids.

My jewellery went missing after staff cleaned. I asked and was told it was not there, despite knowing exactly where I had left it.
