The location is perfect. Very central and close to major landmarks and transport. Hosts were very approachable and easy to reach through messaging which they answered promptly. Early check in was also provided and very much appreciated. Beds were very comfortable (except for sofa bed) and linen was clean and fresh.

Cleanliness and facilities could be improved. The washing machine drain gave off quite a bit of smell unfortunately. Also the fridge and washing machine haven't been moved in a while and dirt is accumulated under them and very visible. The central gas heater/boiler makes quite a loud noise at regular intervals all day and night. Sofa bed is not at all comfortable and very dirty underneath.

First of all the location of the apartment was very good. And we barely needed transport to move around the city as everything was very close. The apartment itself was also rather pretty but it lacked a few things.

Firstly we weren’t aware that the apartment wasn’t on one level from the photos we were shown meaning that the main bedroom was on the second floor. The bedroom upstairs was furnished well but the coach downstairs which opened up into a bad wasn’t enough to support two people and it was really uncomfortable to sleep on and really dirty too in comparison to other furniture in the house. Though when we told the hostess this problem the next day she sent a new mattress which made it a little bit better. The biggest obstacle was the state of the house when we arrived. It was quite clear that the apartment hadn’t been cleaned at all and not just the areas beneath the furniture but all the surfaces were covered in dust and hair. The spider webs were very much visible around the house.

The location was good. Correspondence from the agent regarding access was sufficient.

The apartment we were allocated was not as per the pictures I thought I was getting. The apartment was quite small and a little cramped. The kitchen did not have a toaster, which would have been handy for breakfast. The other residents were quite noisy with a barking dog and thin walls where you could hear their conversations.

Everything was perfect! The apartment wad clean, modern ,close to everything that a tourist wants( almost all the besic sights and places to eat and drink )The immocto team handled everything in a quick and convenient way.
