Cozy 1BR Apartment in Manila, BGC, with Balcony & Pool

We stayed there for only 1 night as 2 people, but we greatly enjoyed it! The host provided amazing full detailed clear instructions on how to reach there, how to use everything there, how to check in, how to check out. The apartment was clean, fully operational, full of useful appliances. There was no need to buy small stuff like washing detergent, liquid soap, sugar, salt - everything was already kindly included and prepared in good amounts. Most importantly, everything was clean and working well.

Everything was great, thank you! The only thing to keep in mind is that the elevator waiting can take some time. But again, it's not a problem of this particular apartment, so all good!

10/10 for business district location. Main bed comfortable. Windows open to ventilate.

First impression: bad smell. Linen also had a pungent perfume (to disguise the overall bad smell)? Studio is claustrophobic, nowhere to put your luggage, approx. 1.85m wide for dining table and sofa bed. No bath. Non-standard duvet size (too short). No duvet nor blankets for uncomfortable sofa bed. Only 1 A/C control for 2 units. Landlord demanded copies of ids before confirming the booking. Had to evacuate due to fire alarm from 31st floor (bottom 5 floors being double height). Took around 15 minutes to walk down (~864 steps) passing many less mobile. Once in fire escape there is no way back. Not advisable to rent unless super-fit. Sliding partition between tv and foot of bed, hardly 1BR. Bachelor studio perhaps.

Washing machine

Upon booking this property, it wasn’t clear to us that it was an Airbnb. We prefer hotel style. The address on the ad was unclear. Our grab cab had trouble finding it because the address was vague, perhaps a precise address would help.

Comfy bed. Complete facilities. Washing machine with Dryer was a big help for long stays. Very good location. Spacious and home feeling. The host, Alexander, was very friendly and makes sure we are having a good stay. He assisted us also in Netflix setup promptly.

Bathroom was little tight and lighting could be brighter. Maybe a shelf to put toiletries like shampoo/shower/soap in the shower. The balcony door could not be locked, maybe thats why we hear the noises from the traffic outside. The Gym access is only for Resident owners.

The host is very accommodating and even grant our special request. The unit is complete and we had our comfortable stay.
