"We like the place that we will give it a 4 star"

Perfect location to just chill, enjoy the city walk out safely.

Shower walls and glass frame wasn’t, grout and shower skirting got mould. Needs a good spray of bleach and good scrub will bring it all to standard. Coffee filter machine doesn’t work, too little to give you a decent cup.

"A brief but pleasant stay"

Lovely location and the flat is great for an individual or a couple that are traveling through Manila but don’t plan to spend an excessive amount of time indoors. It’s small, but it has everything you’d expect in a studio apartment, with small perks like Netflix access and air conditioning.

Only minor things - the water in the shower didn’t get as hot as I like but this was okay given how warm Manila was. Another small issues was that the curtains didn’t fully close, but I had a face mask so I was able to sleep in when needed.

💯ACCESSIBLE - The place is very near to almost all key destinations in BGC. 💯 VALUE FOR MONEY - For the service, location, and ammenities, this accommodation is definitely giving more VALUE than what I paid for. It's also more affordable than staying in nearby hotels. 💯 CONVENIENT - It's so easy to check in and out. The owners gave a very comprehensive guide on check in and out. 💯 COMPLETE, COMFORTABLE, AND CLEAN - The unit is complete with everything one would need! The cherry on top for me is, they even have a front-load washing machine with dryer!

It is centrally located where you can find everything walkable. Coffee shops, restaurants, malls, supermarkets.

Just minor issue with the new building being constructed that ruins the otherwise spectacular city view.
