Beds clean, towels provided and hosts keen to please

I had to use towels rather than a proper duvet, one of our group had to sleep on the sofa bed there was no other bedding. Photos misleading on the ad rooms and hallway tired, bathroom small, busy location drunk people making noise outside. Not grear for 4 teenagers plus myself

The toilet and bathroom were cramped up in a very small space. For a property with 3 beds, a bigger bathroom facility would be ideal

The cleanliness of the property was absolutely poor. I appreciate this is a cheaper option on the market, but this property was not cheap and cheerful - it was cheap and disgusting. The sheets had not been changed, there were stains on pillow sheets and there were visible hairs on all of the covers, the bathroom had grime and hair, the floors were dirty and there had evidently been no hoover/ mop used. In the bedrooms, crisp packets and rubbish were found tucked next to the mattresses and on the bedroom floors. The Kitchen was extremely basic, we ate out as there was barely a glass to drink from. The few pieces of homeware were unclean also. The window's were thin, and covered in black dust or soot - who can say. The bathroom, was more of a corridor with a flimsy gate to provide a bit of privacy to the shower. Arriving back to the property in the evening, there was an infestation of ants across the entire living space downstairs. When complaining to the property owner, we were met with little sympathy and suggestion that if we'd called on arrival the space would have miraculously been cleaned. A deep clean of the property is in order. If you're looking for a cheap and cheerful stay with friends or family, i would not recommend this property.

Loccation of the property is beautiful. Can walk to the food and all necessary shops.

Toilet and the aink tab need to be changed. WC was loose and the Sink water tab need to be replaced so the water flow can easily control. As soon as u put the hand to wash water starte.to splash and u can wet yourself.

Hand written notes slightly unprofessional, though forgivable. Very cranky floors on stairs and upstairs weren’t great
