Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. An enhanced damage deposit may be requested for local bookers. Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 150 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. Guests are permitted to smoke outside the building and balcony only. Please dispose of cigarette ends. Visitors are strictly not permitted. If you violate this rule, you may be asked to leave without a refund. If the apartment is left in an excessively dirty or messy state, extra cleaning fee will be charge up to GBP 100. The property is located above the Arcadian plaza, potentially you can hear noise from outside street. We've added curtains to minimise the coming in from the outside. A deposit may be required at the property.
