Perfect location

Run down dirty no hot water up stairs needs a thorough deep clean and the maintenance done on the property

Great location with parking. The house was spacious and had a nice big table for a group. Lots of original features in the property. The beds were comfortable and the house was warm. The host maintained good contact. The house is tired and needs updating.

The house is advertised and priced as luxury. It doesn’t compare to other luxury properties I have previously stayed in. It was disappointing as I brought my parents as a treat. The house wasn’t clean. Lots of dust on shelving, under furniture on ornaments and so on, dirty saucepans, ball of hair in bathroom cupboard. The living room is empty. Uncomfortable leather sofa, no soft furnishings. Only 6 kitchen chairs, which had dirty seats and were wobbly. Old worn kitchen and equipment.

Lovely house with plenty of space for us all to hang out together. The landlord was really easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions. Brilliant weekend
