Great location. Handy to city and food facilities.

Very underwhelming after seeing photos of house before arriving. Also, there was meant to be 2 additional single beds made up in the rooms with double beds but when we got there these were in a wardrobe and no bedding available for them. Thankfully my sister still hadn't left home and was able to bring additional bedding for them otherwise we would have been short 2 beds which we were expecting to have been available based on the description when I booked.

Clean and tidy. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and tea/coffee and there was a small milk in the fridge which was appreciated (may have been left by last guests as was open). Easy check-in and check-out. Ideal for large groups. Perfect location for getting into the city and to the Boucher Playing Fields and BHD airport. Nice quiet area with good choice of shops and café’s very close by.

No hot water to the upstairs bathrooms so forced to have cold showers when we returned at night - didn’t contact owner as it was late at night and we didn’t want to disturb them over something that wasn’t likely to be an immediate fix. Only hot water during the stay was to the downstairs taps. Property owner did supply small travel sized shower gels and shampoos but not enough for six people staying for two nights so we had to buy some but not a big issue, just something to have in mind. Blinds also aren’t black out in the bedrooms so wouldn’t recommend to people who need a dark room to sleep in. Unable to connect to WiFi. Again not big issue as we all had mobile data and were out during the day but not ideal for overseas guests and something to have in mind.

It’s a perfect location in the centre of belfast to all amenities. A very stunning house inside and out. The house is spacious, with 3 floors catering 8 people sleeping, immaculate, presented beautifully, well catered with essentials ( tea, coffee, milk etc, shower gels, shampoo, towels ) on arrival and the host was very welcoming to our party. We wouldn’t look past this when staying in belfast again. It was A* across the board.

Nothing not to like. It’s was simply perfect!
