Wellness Retreat with Sauna & Jacuzzi - 1 min to Opera

Comoda la posizione. Un po’ troppi i messaggi dell’host, anche per chiederci di lasciare la camera prima dell’orario del check out. Non troppo pulita. Una sola asciugamano a persona. Un unico bagno effettivo, essendo l’altro in una camera. Un solo wc.

Vaste appartement très agréable, pièces cosy, très belles et idéalement situé à proximité de beaucoup de sites d'intérêt , bonne literie, tout le confort Des petites attentions vin chocolat et café à l'arrivée appréciées

Immeuble ancien besoin d'une bonne rénovation des cages d'escalier , appartement rénové mais il ne faut pas être à cheval sur les détails (volets, prises murales ...) télé annoncée mais absente Le plus gros point de mécontentement : personne pour nous accueillir, code d'entrée de l'immeuble faux, code de la porte non communiqué, mode d'emploi du système de fermeture non communiqué , code Wi-Fi non donné: nous avons dû appeler le bailleur 4 fois, en anglais ce qui a gâché notre arrivée (2 fois 45 mn à poireauter sur le pallier)

Apparemment dans un ancien immeuble 18e assez délabré mais gardant un certain charme. L’appartement est élégant avec des moulures sur les murs et plafond. Apparemment très bien situé près de l’opéra.

Il manque une chaise pour 6. Il manque des couverts et des verres. La machine à café fonctionne très mal. Le digicode d’entrée fonctionne mal. Apparemment bruyant côté court le vendredi et samedi soir (école de danse sous la court)

Location and property were very good.

The check in was difficult, the email instructions were incorrect, and I had to message to get the codes to check in. It was very frustrating. The check out instructions were also outdated, referring to putting the keys in a lockbox, when it's codes for the doors.

Great location, hosts contactable and friendly. Able to accommodate early luggage drop off and storing our bags at the end of the trip too! Received a video showing how to get into property which was very useful. Accommodation was clean and spacious.

Entry into the building is old, tired and smells so doesn't reflect the property on initial impression but the accommodation itself is fine. Only one toilet and we didn't use the sauna so I think another toilet instead of the sauna could be a better use of the space!
