The balcony is too small

The cleanliness of the house needs significant improvement. The toilet in the room had a very unpleasant smell, and the door was covered with black dirty spots. The other toilet floor also had many yellow stains, which made it seem like it had not been cleaned properly. The hot water was not consistently hot and would suddenly turn cold while showering, which was quite inconvenient. There were also many bugs on the walls, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic. In addition, the TV remote was difficult to use and did not function properly. The Wi-Fi connection upstairs was also not working, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay. Furthermore, the air conditioner in the downstairs room was not working, making the room uncomfortable, especially during the night. Overall, this place is not worth the amount of money charged. I was disappointed with the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall experience.

The high floor is great with amazing view. Can fit my family of 12 and elderly plus kids friendly. Great karaoke set and table football set. Small children love the mini playground.

Lifts servicing limited to 2 and causing delayed timeline to move. Very upset with infinity pool closed during school holiday season. Aircon on one of the bedroom is not very cold. Ironing board should be standard standing one please with better irons.

The condo lift was terible only 2 working condition. Waited almost 1 hour to get down to ground floor to check out. Aircond remote only 2 working. Coway cannot use at all for hot water. No plastic bags. The bathroom water not flowing out after shower.
